Estimated Delivery Timelines:

• Graphics Design: 3-7 Business days (per asset)
• Google Business Listing & Optimization: 2-5 Business days
• Website Development: 2-8 Weeks (Depending on scope)
• Mobile App Development: 4-12 Weeks (Depending on scope)
• Company Registration: (CAC) Services 5-14 Business Day (Subject to government)
• Social Media Management: Ongoing (monthly)
• Branding & Corporate Identity: 2-4 Weeks
• Video Production & Coverage: 1-3 Weeks (Post-Shoot)
• Promotion & Content Marketing: Ongoing (Monthly Campaigns)

Revisions:

• 2.1 – We include 2 rounds of edits/revisions within the quoted price. The Client agrees that after the included revisions, further revisions will be charged at N10,000 per revision.
• 2.2 – The edits/revisions do not include full redesigns under any circumstances.
• 2.3 – The Agency will take into account the Client’s vision and wants while conducting works.
• 2.4 -The Client agrees to trust the judgment and skill of the Agency for the final outcome of the proposed works.

Intellectual Property:

All Content, Designs, Logos, Trademarks, and Intellectual Property Rights Associated with the Agency and its services are owned by or licensed to Opencave Technologies. The client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the intellectual property for their business purposes.

Responsibilities:

Client Responsibilities:

• ‚ Provide the agency with all necessary information and materials to complete the scope of work.
• ‚ Approve all marketing materials and campaigns in a timely manner.
• ‚ Make timely payments to the agency.

Agency Responsibilities:

• Provide high quality services that meet the client’s marketing goals and objectives
• Keep the client informed of all progress and updates
• Maintain confidentiality of all client information.

Communication:

Our preferred channel of communication includes WhatsApp, Phone and Emails.

Termination:

• Either party may terminate the project with written notice of seven (7) days. In the event of termination, the Client is responsible for payment of services provided up to the point of termination
  
• If the Client terminates, under any and all circumstances, payments must be made to the Agency for any of the works or research time up until the date of termination.

Confidentiality:

• The agency will maintain confidentiality of all client information and will not disclose any confidential information to third parties
  
• The client will also maintain confidentiality of all agency information and will not disclose and confidential information to third parties.

Governing Law:

This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising out of this agreement will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Federal High Court.
